If you use Zentrix Sales out in the field

Your account is created and handed to you by your employer: the app has no sign-up and there is no way to register from here. If you cannot get in, if something will not load, or if an order never arrived, write to us with your rep email address and your company's name.

If your company already runs Zentrix Sales

Adding or removing reps, permissions, companies and warehouses, or the integration with your ERP. Write from the company address and tell us what you need changed.

Your data: access, correction and deletion

What the app collects, what for and how long it is kept is in the privacy policy. To request access to, correction or deletion of your data, write to hola@zentrix.company with the subject Data request — Zentrix Sales. We answer within 30 business days; details in clause 7. Signing out does not delete data from the server.
