Our story

1. 01Origin

   A cell, not an agency.

   Equinoccio formed around a small group of engineers and operators who were already working together across products, infrastructure and AI agents. Clients who valued speed and technical judgment needed one accountable counterpart for the whole delivery, not a chain of disconnected freelancers. Today that team signs as Zentrix: the same people, with products of their own.

2. 02How we work

   Results, not hours.

   We work with the intensity of an in-house product team and the freedom of a distributed one. We commit to milestones and systems in production, and when something doesn’t work we say so before you find out. We help you define what to build, document it in a week and start delivering in two. We work async-first: calls are for decisions, not status reports.

3. 03What sets us apart

   We sell judgment.

   Ask us for an admin panel and you won’t get one until we understand why you need it, which decisions are made from it and what happens if it doesn’t exist. That short conversation saves months of rework. The engineering layer stays small on purpose, with people who build and operate systems, not just write them.

4. 04Where we are

   From the Caribbean, without lowering the bar.

   We operate from Isla Margarita, Nueva Esparta, Venezuela, by choice. UTC−4 overlaps with the whole American continent and gives us half a working day with Europe. We work with clients and partners in the United States, Europe and Latin America, remotely from day one.
