What it is
Zentrix Check is Security’s app for the gate. With it you check trucks leaving and arriving, whatever comes in or goes out without paperwork, keys, assets and incidents.
Every check ends with your signature: your PIN. Once signed, it becomes a record and can no longer be edited.
Security vouches
You compare what you see against what Odoo says and put it on record. You don’t move inventory or touch the books. The app says so under Acerca de (About): «Seguridad da fe: la app no mueve inventario ni contabilidad.» (“Security vouches: the app doesn’t move inventory or touch the books.”)
- If something doesn’t match, it’s logged as a difference in the record.
- The office resolves the difference in Odoo, not you.
- The app doesn’t hold trucks or people. When something is serious, it tells you who to call. The supervisor decides.
Only sign what you saw with your own eyes. If you filled something in from Odoo without checking it, the record says so: it’s marked «Con salvedad» (“With a caveat”).
The gate phone
- It’s sealed to one site and one post. The supervisor sets it up once, with a QR code from Odoo.
- Several guards share it. Each one signs in with their name and their PIN.
- It only uses the camera. For photos and for scanning codes. It doesn’t ask for your location.
- It works without a signal. Whatever you sign is saved on the phone and sent automatically when the signal returns.
- It can tell you out loud. Tap Escuchar (Listen) on any screen and the app says what to do.
Who decides what you see
The security administrator creates your user, assigns you to a site and sets up the phones. The server is in charge: if you don’t see something (keys or incidents, for example), it isn’t switched off on your phone. It isn’t switched on for your site. That’s fixed in Odoo, not in the app.
The trucks, invoices, products and contacts you see come from Odoo. If something is wrong, report it: the app doesn’t correct it.
Odoo says what should happen. You say what happened. The record keeps both.
