Orders from the app ring on the store team’s phones, get picked with the scanner, leave with a label on every parcel and reach the door with in-house drivers or an external courier. The control room watches the street live and every cash-on-delivery payment is reconciled.
Beverage distribution · Venezuela
It dispatches in batches with driver, vehicle and dock. The dispatch note follows the invoice, credit days are counted from delivery, and pickups requested by field reps are scheduled with a driver and a vehicle.
We’d rather be clear from the start.
It doesn’t optimize routes on its own: drivers order their stops. And, for now, there is no tracking page for the end customer.
