Website privacy
This page is about the zentrix.company website. The apps have their own policies: Zentrix Work and Zentrix Sales. This is a courtesy translation; the binding version is the Spanish one.
Cookies and analytics
What we measure. If you accept, the site counts visits to learn which pages help and which do not: the page you open (without the address parameters, except utm_ campaign ones), the product or section, the language, language changes and clicks on contact, email, WhatsApp, app store and Traza links (only the destination). We do not measure what you type in forms, nor your name, email or phone.
With what. With Google Analytics (GA4), from Google LLC, in the analytics account of GUUAO LLC, the entity that publishes the Zentrix apps; the receiving servers are in the United States. Google Analytics also receives technical data about the browser and device and an approximate location (country or city); it does not store the IP address. The cookies are _ga and _ga_H0HG8XPTES, last up to two years, and the data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, which does not exceed 14 months.
No advertising. The site shows no ads and does not use the data for advertising: ad storage and ad data (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are always denied and Google Signals is off.
If you do not accept. Until you press «Accept», the site loads nothing from Google and sets no cookies. If you reject, or if your browser sends «Do Not Track» or «Global Privacy Control», nothing is measured. Your choice is kept in the browser's local storage (zx-consent); it never leaves it and it is not a cookie.
How to withdraw consent. Press «Cookie preferences», at the foot of any page, and choose «Reject»: measurement stops and the site's _ga cookies are deleted. You can also clear the site's data from your browser. For any question, write to hola@zentrix.company.
