Zentrix Work terms of use

1. What it is and who provides it
Zentrix Work is the internal work tool for the store staff of the company that uses it (“the company” from here on), provided by GUUAO LLC. By using it, you accept these terms. Your employment relationship is governed by your contract and by labor law; these terms only cover the use of the app.
2. Who may use it
Only adults who have been given an operator account by the company. The app does not allow sign-ups. The company decides which store and which tasks you can handle, and the server checks this on every operation.
3. Your account, your password and your PIN
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your password or your PIN, and do not let anyone else work with your session: every operation is recorded under your name. If you lose your phone or think someone used your account, tell your manager right away or write to soporte@zentrix.company.
4. Permitted use
- Use the app only for the company tasks you were assigned.
- Customer data (name, phone number, address, photos and ID card) is confidential. Do not copy it, screenshot it, share it or use it outside the order you are handling.
- Do not try to get around the controls of the app or the server, or use the app at a store or for a task that is not yours.
- The age check is done for real, with the person in front of you. Confirming it without checking is a serious offense.
5. The server has the final say
The app shows what the company’s system decides. If the server rejects an operation, the app shows you the reason exactly as it arrives and does not work around it. Operations are recorded with the date, the time and the operator who performed them.
6. Your phone
The app runs on your personal phone and is built to use as little as possible: it stays silent when you are off shift, uses location only during your shift and keeps the screen on only while a task is open. Permissions are granted from Android and you can revoke them, although some features will not work without them (for example, you cannot check in without location).
7. Availability and versions
We do our best to keep the app available, but there may be outages, faults or maintenance. The company may require a minimum version: if your version is blocked, the app tells you, and you need to update it from Google Play to continue.
8. Suspension and termination of access
The company may suspend or close your access when your employment relationship ends, if you breach these terms, or to protect the security of customers and data. What happens to your data afterward is explained in the privacy policy.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its brand belong to GUUAO LLC. We give you permission to use them only while you work with the app and for what is described here.
10. Privacy
What data the app uses and why is explained in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
11. Liability
The app is provided as a work tool, as is. To the extent permitted by law, GUUAO LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from faults in the app, the phone or the network. None of this limits the rights labor law gives you.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date at the top. Important changes will be announced through the company’s internal channels.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. We will first try to settle any disagreement amicably, by writing to soporte@zentrix.company. If no agreement is reached within 30 calendar days, the dispute will go to the competent courts of Venezuela. Disputes arising from the employment relationship remain governed by Venezuelan labor law.
