Zentrix Check terms of use

1. What it is and who provides it
Zentrix Check is the internal work tool for the security staff of the company that uses it (“the company” from here on), provided by GUUAO LLC. By using it, you accept these terms. Your employment relationship is governed by your contract with the company and by labor law; these terms only cover the use of the app.
2. Who may use it
Only adults who have been given a guard or security administrator account by the company. The app does not allow sign-ups. Each phone is set up with a QR code that seals it to one site, and the server checks on every operation who you are, from which phone and at which site.
3. Your account, password and PIN
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Your PIN is your signature: every record you close is signed in your name. Don’t share your password or PIN, don’t let anyone else work with your profile, and leave the phone when you finish. If you think someone used your account, or the gate phone is lost, tell the security administrator right away or write to soporte@zentrix.company.
4. Permitted use
- Use the app only for the company’s gate control: departures, receipts, movements, keys, assets and incidents.
- Record what you actually see. Confirming a count, a plate or a seal without checking it is a serious breach.
- Photograph things, not people. Never photograph minors. Don’t write names or ID numbers in incidents.
- What you see in the app (plates, drivers, invoices, loads and photos) is confidential. Don’t copy it, screenshot it, share it or use it outside your work at the gate.
- Don’t try to bypass the app’s or the server’s controls, or use the app at a site or on a phone that isn’t yours to use.
5. Records are not changed
A signed record is final: neither you, nor the administrator, nor anyone in the office can rewrite it. If you made a mistake, the correction is added as a note with its reason, and the original is kept. The app does not validate inventory or accounting: it records what you checked, and the company makes the decisions about the goods.
6. The server decides
The app shows what the company’s system decides. If the server rejects an operation, the app shows you the reason as it arrives and does not work around it. Without a signal, what you do is stored on the phone and sent automatically later; the server receives it in order and verifies it.
7. The gate phone
The app is designed for the gate’s Android phone, which the company sets up at a site. The only permission it asks for is the camera; without it you cannot take the record photos. The company can revoke a phone at any time, and the app then wipes what it had stored.
8. Availability and versions
We do our best to keep the app available, but there may be outages, failures or maintenance. The company may require a minimum version: if your version is blocked, the app tells you and it has to be updated from Google Play to continue.
9. Suspension and end of access
The company may suspend or close your access when your employment or your assignment to the site ends, if you breach these terms, or to protect the security of the premises and the data. What happens to your data afterwards is in the privacy policy.
10. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its brand belong to GUUAO LLC. We give you permission to use them only while you work with the app and for what is described here.
11. Privacy
What data the app records and why is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
12. Liability
The app is offered as a work tool, as is. To the extent permitted by law, GUUAO LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from failures of the app, the phone or the network. Nothing here limits the rights labor law gives you.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date at the top. Important changes will be announced through the company’s internal channels.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. We will first try to settle any disagreement amicably, by writing to soporte@zentrix.company. If there is no agreement within 30 calendar days, the dispute will go to the competent courts of Venezuela. Disputes arising from the employment relationship are governed by labor law.
