Documentation for version 5.3.0

Your Home screen

The screen you’ll see most. Here’s what’s on it, from top to bottom.

The Zentrix Sales 5.3.0 Home screen: the line with the day’s exchange rates, the “Hoy” (Today) block with closed visits, orders and amount, and the grid of shortcuts with “Crear pedido” (Create order) and “Ruta de hoy” (Today’s route) in blue, then “Cobrar” (Collect), “Mis clientes” (My customers), “Promociones” (Promotions), “Calendario” (Calendar), “Solicitudes de cliente” (Customer requests) and “Sin ubicación” (No location).
The bottom half of the Home screen: exchange rates, the «Hoy» (Today) block and the shortcuts.

From top to bottom

What it isWhat it’s for
The greetingYour name. Next to it, the bell for alerts and the sync dot.
AlertsThey only show up when something needs fixing: the phone is on silent, a permission is missing. If nothing’s wrong, nothing shows.
Your companyThe logo, the name and the RIF (tax ID). If you work for several companies, you switch here.
Exchange ratesDollar, euro and the Central Bank rate. Tap them to open the full screen with the calculator and the history.
«Hoy» (Today)Closed visits, orders and the day’s amount. Tap it to go to Mi desempeño (My performance), with your target for the month.
The eight buttonsThe shortcuts. Each one shows a figure underneath.
An empty line isn’t a fault

If a piece of data hasn’t been downloaded, that line isn’t drawn. The app would rather say nothing than make up a number.

The eight shortcuts

They are Crear pedido (Create order), Ruta de hoy (Today’s route), Cobrar (Collect), Mis clientes (My customers), Promociones (Promotions), Calendario (Calendar), Solicitudes de cliente (Customer requests) and Sin ubicación (No location).

The two filled in blue are the ones you’ll use every day: Crear pedido and Ruta de hoy.

Each button shows its own figure underneath — «40 clientes» (40 customers), «1 factura vence hoy» (1 invoice due today), «0 de 3 paradas» (0 of 3 stops) — so you know what’s waiting for you without opening it.

Each number says what it counts

The «Hoy» block says «Visitas cerradas» (Closed visits): it only counts the ones you’ve completed. In Activity › Visits the «Hoy» chip also counts the ones you still have open, so the number there can be higher. Both are right.

Promociones (Promotions)

Your company’s current sales material: bundles, discounts and coupons. It’s your counter display — you open it in front of the customer to know what to offer them.

⚠️ It doesn’t apply anything to the order. The actual price still comes from the customer’s price list in the Order step; this screen is for information only. Without a signal it shows the last thing that was downloaded, always with the date.

Stock adjustment

It isn’t on the Home screen: it opens with «Ajustar» (Adjust) on the bounced order, in Actividad › Pedidos (Activity › Orders). It’s for the order that bounced because there wasn’t as much stock as you ordered. It happens when you build the order without signal and, by the time it goes out, the warehouse no longer has those quantities.

Here you lower each line to what’s available and send it again. Prices don’t change — they’re the ones you quoted the customer — and it’s the same order, not a new one, so nothing gets duplicated. It’s explained in full in Activity.

Sin ubicación (No location)

The stores on your customer list that don’t have a pin on the map yet. The button tells you how many addresses are missing out of how many you have — «12 de 50 direcciones» (12 of 50 addresses) — because the pin belongs to each address: a customer with two branches counts twice.

The list is there for planning: you look at which ones they are, notice three are on the same avenue and add them to Thursday’s route.

Why you can’t set it from here

The pin can only be set standing at the store’s door, from the visit. Setting it from home by looking at a map is guessing which of the four corners it is, and your route and the proof that you were there both depend on that coordinate. That’s why this screen lists them but doesn’t let you set the pin.

My performance

Tapping the «Hoy» block takes you to your performance: the month’s target with its traffic light, what you’ve sold so far, the weight and your streak.

Two things worth knowing about those numbers:

  • They’re in dollars, even if the order was built in bolívars. It’s the only way to add up orders in two currencies and compare them.
  • When the calculation came from this phone and not from the office, the screen says so. They may not match: the office closes the day in the early morning and sees all your devices; the phone only sees today and this device.
