The app closed in the middle of a visit. Did I lose the order?
No. It was saved half-built and you’ll find it in Activity › Orders › «Abiertos» (Open); its stop says «En curso» (In progress). Open it and pick up where you left off.
Why does it ask me for a PIN?
So that nobody who picks up your unlocked phone can see prices, debts and customers. It’s requested when you open the app and after 15 minutes without touching anything.
How do I change the PIN?
In Perfil › Cuenta › «Cambiar PIN» (Profile › Account › Change PIN). It asks for the current one first. If you don’t remember it, sign out and sign in with your password.
Why does it need location permission to take an order?
Because a visit has to be able to say where it happened. What’s needed is granting the permission, not a GPS fix: you’ll still be able to sell inside a warehouse.
I said “Don’t allow” and now it won’t ask again.
Android doesn’t ask a third time. Tap «Abrir los ajustes» (Open settings) in the notice and grant the permission there; when you come back, the notice disappears by itself.
Why did the price change when the order reached the office?
Prices are the ones in effect the day the order enters the system, not the day you took it. The app tells you which product changed: let the customer know before the invoice reaches them.
It says the customer is over their credit limit. Do I send the order?
Yes. The app never stops an order because of credit: the warning is there so you request approval right away, with the «Pedir autorización» (Request approval) button, while the customer is in front of you. At the office the order stays «Retenido» (On hold) until it’s approved. It’s explained in the visit.
A screen came up asking me to update.
The office can tell you about a new version without waiting for the app store to offer it. There are two kinds, and they aren’t the same:
- A notice you can close. Update when you can and keep working. If the office withdraws it, the notice disappears by itself the next time the app checks in with the office; if you’re in a hurry, pull down on the Home screen to refresh.
- A screen that won’t let you through. That version no longer works with the office’s system; you have to update to continue.
What you’ve already entered is NOT lost, not even with that screen showing. Any orders and collections you haven’t sent yet go out by themselves in the background, as always. Don’t enter them again and don’t uninstall the app.
The button takes you to the right app store for your phone. If it can’t open it, the app tells you: search for “Zentrix Sales” by hand.
I’m not getting alerts.
It’s almost always the phone being on silent. If that’s it, the Home screen tells you, with a button to fix it. Also check that Zentrix Sales is allowed to show notifications.
I switched companies and the catalog has no prices.
That company’s price list hasn’t been downloaded yet. Get online for a moment and tap «Sincronizar ahora» (Sync now): it fixes itself.
Another rep uses this same phone. Do our things get mixed up?
No. Each person has their own customers, orders and pending items saved, kept apart by email. Signing out doesn’t delete anything of yours: when you sign back in, everything is just as you left it.
How do I remove an old account from the sign-in list?
On the sign-in screen, «Manejar cuentas» (Manage accounts). There you can remove it from the list (its data stays saved) or delete it completely. First check how many unsent items it has.
The dot is amber all day. Is something wrong?
No. Amber means “some of your items are waiting” or “there’s no signal,” and on the road that’s normal. Only worry if it’s red. It’s explained in Working offline.
The camera won’t open and I can’t take the visit photo.
The photo isn’t required: you can close the visit without it. The order, the stock count and the signature are saved anyway.
I sent a collection and it says «Enviada». Has it been collected?
No. «Enviada» (Sent) means it reached the office and someone in Finance is going to approve it. Aprobada (Approved) is a different status.
Something doesn’t add up?
If a number doesn’t add up or something doesn’t behave the way this documentation says, don’t guess: note the customer, the time and what you expected to see, and pass it on. A report with those three details gets fixed; one that says “it doesn’t work” doesn’t.
In the app you have Perfil › Acerca de › «Reportar un problema» (Profile › About › Report a problem). Describe what happened and send it: the report travels with the exact version, the phone model and the last steps you took — which is exactly what someone has to guess when the same problem arrives over WhatsApp.
Perfil › Acerca de › Soporte (Profile › About › Support) has help and contact details. You can also write to soporte@zentrix.company, which is also the mailbox for any question about your personal data.
It’s for fixing the app, and nobody will answer you through it. If you need someone to sort something out for you today, write to support.
Zentrix Sales support — email, phone and WhatsApp — is on the support page.
