Home delivery

Stops are loaded at the store, with the engine off. Out on the street, you only deliver. Learn that rule and you’ll never waste a trip.

Your two doors

If you handle Reparto (Delivery), with your shift on you see two doors on the main screen:

  • Paradas (Stops) — «Los pedidos que llevas a la calle» (“The orders you take out on the street”). This is the store: what’s waiting to be loaded.
  • Mi viaje (My trip) — «Lo que llevas, en tu orden» (“What you’re carrying, in your order”). This is your vehicle: only your stuff.

A new stop can also come to you as a call. There, the control says Yo la llevo (I’ll take it).

A diagram, not a screenshot: you load at the store, you deliver on the street.

Load your trip

  1. Open «Mi viaje» (My trip).

With an empty trip it says: «Todavía no llevas nada. Carga las paradas aquí, en la tienda: en la calle no se hace.» (“You’re not carrying anything yet. Load your stops here, at the store: it’s not done on the street.”)

  2. Under «Para cargar» (To load), tap the stop you’re taking.

One tap and it goes onto your trip, at the end of the list.

  3. Check the bar at the top.

«Llevas 2 de 4» (“2 of 4 loaded”) and «caben 2 más» (“room for 2 more”). The store sets the limit, not you.

When you’re full: «Tu viaje está lleno. Sal a repartir: cuando cierres una parada, te cabe otra.» (“Your trip is full. Head out and deliver: when you close a stop, you’ll have room for another.”) You free up room by closing stops.

If it won’t let you load it

It may say «Esa parada ya tiene dueño» (“That stop already has an owner”). «Desde aquí no se la puedes quitar: el relevo lo hace el encargado. Carga otra parada y sigue.» (“You can’t take it from them here: your manager handles reassignments. Load another stop and keep going.”) Tap Elegir otra parada (Choose another stop).

Put them in your order

You set the order. You change it by dragging the three lines (≡) on the right of each stop.

Get this one right

Pressing and holding the card doesn’t move it. And tapping the card opens it. The handle is the three lines and nothing else.

Stop number 1 is the active one. There’s nothing to save: the order sticks when you let go.

Remove a stop from your trip

Tap the stop’s Sacarla del viaje (Remove from trip) button. The app asks «¿Por qué la sacas?» (“Why are you removing it?”) and shows you the reasons the store provides, or Otro motivo (Other reason) to type your own. The stop goes back to the store’s queue. If you change your mind, Sigo con ella (I’ll keep it).

A new stop while you’re driving

If you’re offered a stop while the vehicle is moving, the app doesn’t cover your screen. The phone vibrates and says out loud «Tienes una parada nueva. Se abre al detenerte.» (“You have a new stop. It opens when you stop.”)

When you stop, it opens by itself. You can also tap the notice «Hay una parada nueva para ti» (“There’s a new stop for you”) in My trip or on the map.

A delivery stop in Zentrix Work: «Esta parada la llevas tú» (You’re taking this stop), the badge «faltan 21 min · para las 8:03 p. m.» (21 min left · by 8:03 p.m.), «Listo» (Ready), «Llevas 37 min» (37 min so far), the customer with call and message buttons, the «A dónde va» (Where it’s going) card with the address and the «Cómo llegar» (Directions) button, «Vas en camino con el pedido» (You’re on your way with the order) and the «Entregar» (Hand over) button.
The stop you’re taking: the address with «Cómo llegar» (Directions) and, at the bottom, the step that’s left.
  1. On the stop, tap «Cómo llegar» (Directions).

It’s on the address card, «A dónde va» (“Where it’s going”), with its landmark.

  2. Tap «Navegar» (Navigate).

Turn-by-turn guidance runs inside the app. The first time, it asks for precise location and for you to accept Google’s terms.

  3. Follow the guidance.

If you leave it, you get back with Seguir navegando (Keep navigating).

You also always have Abrir en Google Maps (Open in Google Maps).

If «Cómo llegar» used to close the app

That happened in earlier versions. Since 1.1.7, the map opens and the app stays open. If it still happens to you, check at the store that you have the latest version.

  • The route is for cars, not motorcycles: Google doesn’t offer two-wheeler routes in Venezuela yet.
  • Without data, the map only keeps about 15 to 20 minutes ahead. After that, the guidance goes quiet.
  • Address with no pin on the map: go by the street and the landmark. That’s normal, not an error.

How much it talks

On the map you choose «Mudo» (Muted), «Solo avisos» (Alerts only) or «Guía completa» (Full guidance). With «Avisos de Zentrix Work» (Zentrix Work alerts) on, it tells you which order you’ve arrived at, how much to collect and whether it requires an ID. The guidance always speaks Spanish.

Your location during deliveries

It’s only shared while you have a stop open, with the «Ruta en curso» (Route in progress) notice on. When you close the last one, it turns off. Anything saved is deleted after 30 days.

At the customer’s door

The stop screen is the same as for handing over in store: pickup code, packages, age if there’s alcohol, payment and proof. The button at the bottom always shows the step that’s left:

Leer los bultos (Scan the packages) → Verificar mayoría de edad (Verify legal age) → Declarar el cobro (Record the payment) → Tomar la foto de la prueba (Take the proof photo) → Entregar (Hand over)

Only the steps that order needs appear. Always ask the customer for their pickup code before you let go of anything.

Collect cash on delivery

If the order is paid at the door, you see «Cobra … en la puerta» (“Collect … at the door”) with the amount and payment method: Efectivo (Cash) or Datáfono (Card terminal). The system sets the amount and method; you don’t calculate anything.

  1. Collect the exact amount.

If there’s an equivalent in bolívars, the app shows it to you.

  2. Tap «Declarar el cobro» (Record the payment).

With a card terminal, it may ask for the Foto del voucher (Receipt photo) and the Referencia de la operación (Transaction reference), the number the terminal gives you.

  3. Tap «Ya cobré» (I’ve collected it).

It turns on once everything it needs is there. It shows «Cobro declarado. Queda a tu nombre hasta que lo entregues.» (“Payment recorded. It stays under your name until you turn it in.”)

Get this one right
  • Never type the card number. Only the reference.
  • «Si el cliente no tiene el monto exacto, no cobres de menos: usa «No pude entregar».» (“If the customer doesn’t have the exact amount, don’t collect less: use ‘I couldn’t deliver’.”)
  • The money you collect is your responsibility until you turn it in at the store. The app reminds you how much you’re carrying.

If you can’t deliver

Nobody answers, the address doesn’t exist, the customer doesn’t want it, the payment couldn’t be collected. It’s not your fault, and waiting on the sidewalk won’t fix it: report it.

  1. Tap «No pude entregar» (I couldn’t deliver).

It’s on the same stop screen.

  2. Choose the reason under «¿Qué pasó?» (What happened?).

The three most common ones appear. The rest are under Otro motivo (Other reason). The store provides the list.

  3. Fill in what it asks for.

Depending on the reason: a photo, or «Qué pasó» (“What happened”) in a few words. If it asks for location, turn it on.

  4. Tap «Reportarlo» (Report it).

It turns on once everything is filled in. If you can deliver after all, Sí puedo entregar (I can deliver).

Unsafe area

«Para esto no hace falta foto. No te expongas sacando el teléfono: repórtalo y sigue.» (“No photo needed for this. Don’t put yourself at risk by taking out your phone: report it and move on.”) Your safety comes first.

After you report it, the screen tells you what to do, in the store’s own words. Reporting doesn’t cancel the order or touch the money: a person decides. In the meantime, don’t hand over or return anything on your own. Tap Listo (Done) and move on to your next stop.

It worked if…

After Sí, entregar (Yes, hand over) you see «Entregado.» (“Handed over.”) and the stop leaves your trip. You’ll have room for another one next time you’re at the store.
