Start your shift
- Tap your store under «Elige tu tienda» (Choose your store).
If you only have one, it’s already selected.
- Under «¿Qué vas a atender hoy?» (What will you handle today?), leave on what you’re going to do.
Pedidos (Orders), Entregas (Handovers), Devoluciones (Returns) or Reparto (Delivery). You only see the ones you’re authorized for. Whatever you switch off won’t ring for you.
- Drag «Desliza para encender» (Swipe to start) all the way across.
You swipe it, you don’t tap it: that way it never turns on by accident. You’ll hear a rising tone.
It isn’t switched off: you haven’t been authorized for it. Your manager fixes that, not your phone. If there are none at all, the app says «No tienes tareas autorizadas. Habla con el encargado.» (“You have no authorized tasks. Talk to your manager.”)
If the system won’t let you start your shift, a message at the bottom tells you why. Read it: it’s written for you.
While your shift is on
- «ESTÁS ACTIVO» (YOU’RE ON): your store, since what time («desde las 7:34 p. m.», “since 7:34 p.m.”) and what you’re handling. Below it, the store hours: «cierra a las … · tu turno se apaga al cierre» (“closes at … · your shift ends at closing”).
- «AHORA MISMO» (RIGHT NOW): how many jobs are waiting and what’s next, with its time badge («faltan 32 min», “32 min left”). If something is running late, you see it in red as «atrasados» (“late”). Tap Ver el trabajo (See the work) to open the list.
- The shortcuts: Devoluciones (Returns), Validar un código (Check a code), Mi trabajo de hoy (My work today), and if you do deliveries, Paradas (Stops) and Mi viaje (My trip).
If you have a job in progress, «SIGUE DONDE LO DEJASTE» (PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF) appears at the top. Tap it to go back to it. If you took a call and haven’t finished it, you see the «Tarea en curso» (Task in progress) card, with how long ago you took it: tap it to go back to it.
To change stores or tasks: end your shift and start it again.
Take a break
- Under «¿Necesitas un rato?» (Need a minute?), tap 5, 10 or 15 min.
«Dejas de recibir trabajo nuevo y vuelves solo. No cierras tu turno ni sueltas lo que tengas empezado.» (“You stop getting new work and come back automatically. You don’t end your shift or drop anything you’ve started.”)
- Come back automatically, or tap «Volver ya» (Back now).
On a break, the app says EN PAUSA (ON BREAK) and how much time you have left, rounded to the minute: if you asked for 15, it says 15, not 16. At the end it says «1 minuto» (“1 minute”) and then «menos de un minuto» (“less than a minute”).
To eat or use the restroom: take a break, don’t end your shift.
End your shift when you’re done
Drag Desliza para apagar (Swipe to end), at the very bottom. Below the control, it reminds you: «Al apagarte, tu teléfono deja de sonar.» (“When you go off, your phone stops ringing.”) You hear a falling tone and you’re back at check-in, which says «Apagado, tu teléfono jamás suena.» (“When you’re off, your phone never rings.”)
Before ending your shift, finish whatever you’ve started.
To finish the day, end your shift. Cerrar sesión (Sign out), in your profile, removes your account from the phone: next time it asks for your email and password.
When it turns off by itself
Every minute, your phone tells the system you’re still there. If it stops doing that, the system doesn’t wait forever. There are two clocks:
- After 20 minutes you stop getting new work, but your shift stays open. It comes back on its own as soon as the app reconnects.
- After 90 minutes —or if 90 go by without anyone touching the app— your shift closes. You’ll need to check in again.
- When the store closes, your shift ends too.
- If you start your shift on another phone, the first one shuts off right away, on whatever screen it’s on: it plays the end-of-shift tone and goes back to check-in with the system’s notice. Your shift lives on one phone at a time.
When the system ends your shift, the screen goes back to check-in and plays the end-of-shift tone. The notice may stay in the bell.
Twenty minutes means “we’re taking you out of the rotation for a while.” Ninety means “your shift is over.” If you’re going to be away from your phone, take a break or end your shift yourself.
The header
- The bell («Avisos», “Alerts”): messages from customers, canceled or overdue orders, notices from your manager. With a red dot, your phone won’t ring.
- The gear: Settings.
- Your initials or your photo: «Tu perfil» (“Your profile”). There you see your store and what you can handle, change your password and sign out.
