How to open it
On the main screen, with your shift on, tap Mi trabajo de hoy (My work today) — «Lo que ya cerraste» (“What you’ve already closed”). At the top, choose Hoy (Today) or Esta semana (This week). Swipe down to refresh.
The scoreboard
The big number is how many jobs you closed. Below it, broken down: Preparados (Picked), Entregados (Handed over), Devueltos (Returned) and A tiempo (On time).
Further down, the list by day (Hoy, Ayer (Yesterday), the date), with packages, items and how long each one took you.
If there’s nothing yet: «Todavía no has cerrado nada hoy.» (“You haven’t closed anything yet today.”) «Lo que termines aparece aquí.» (“What you finish shows up here.”)
How you’re doing
For each task you see how many you closed, your typical time and what percentage was on time.
«La mitad de tus trabajos tardó menos que eso. Es tu ritmo normal, no una meta.» (“Half of your jobs took less than that. It’s your normal pace, not a target.”)
You also see your shifts and hours worked, and how many of the times your area was checked showed you at the store.
Your level
Once the system has your track record, the TU NIVEL (YOUR LEVEL) card appears: Bronce (Bronze), Plata (Silver), Oro (Gold) or Platino (Platinum), with your score and how long you’ve had it.
Below, it tells you what you need for the next one: «Te faltan N trabajos.» (“You need N more jobs.”) or «Te falta subir tu puntuación N puntos.» (“You need to raise your score by N points.”) Those numbers are calculated by the system, not your phone.
If there’s no track record yet, the card doesn’t appear. That’s not an error.
