Opening the console
The console opens only on the administrator’s phone. On that phone, at the bottom of «Toca tu nombre» (“Tap your name”), you see the Administrador (Administrator) link. It doesn’t appear on the gate phones.
- Tap «Administrador» (Administrator).
- Enter your email and password, and tap «Entrar» (Sign in).
You need a connection.
- Enter the code.
«Abre tu app de códigos y escribe los 6 números que ves ahora.» (“Open your authenticator app and type the 6 digits you see now.”) You’re signed in as soon as you type the sixth digit.
The console always asks for a password and a code. A guard’s PIN doesn’t open it. The authenticator app is set up beforehand, in your Odoo account.

It closes by itself
After 5 minutes without use, or if the screen turns off, the console closes. Thirty seconds before, it warns you: «La consola se cierra en 30 segundos.» (“The console will close in 30 seconds.”) Tap Seguir viendo (Keep viewing) to continue. If it closed, when you come back it says «Se cerró la consola por seguridad.» (“The console closed for security.”) with your username already filled in.
The console doesn’t allow screenshots.
Read-only
At the top it says «Solo consulta» (“Read-only”). «La consola solo muestra. Las diferencias las resuelve el gerente de sede en Odoo.» (“The console only displays. The site manager resolves differences in Odoo.”) No button changes anything: not records, differences, passes or users. All of that is done in Odoo.
At the bottom there are four tabs: Hoy (Today), Movimientos (Movements), Activos (Assets) and Más (More). The data shows what time it’s from: «Datos de las …. Para actualizar, tira hacia abajo.» (“Data from …. Pull down to refresh.”)
Today
- Tiles: Salidas (Departures), Llegadas (Arrivals), Retornos (Returns), Diferencias (Differences) and Encendidos (On duty), each with its count.
- Red band, if there is one: «1 diferencia crítica abierta» (“1 open critical difference”) or «Novedades graves abiertas: …» (“Open serious incidents: …”). Tap it to go to them.
- Operators: the day’s guards, in alphabetical order, on or off duty. There are no rankings. If nobody is: «Nadie está encendido ahora.» (“Nobody is on duty now.”)
A guard’s day
Tap an operator. «Su día» (“Their day”) shows a 0–24 h bar with the stretches they were on duty and why they went off duty («Apagado a mano», “Turned off by hand”; «apagado automático», “automatic shutoff”; «Pasó a otro teléfono», “Moved to another phone”…). Below, their records, what they logged without paperwork and the assets. At the bottom: «Encendido no es registro de jornada.» (“On duty is not a timesheet.”)
Movements
«Recibido y despachado» (“Received and dispatched”): all of the day’s records. Filter with Todas (All), Salidas (Departures), Llegadas (Arrivals), Retornos (Returns) or Sin documento (Without paperwork), and by company with Empresa ▾ (Company).
Tap a record to see the details, step by step:
- Camión y chofer (Truck and driver), Documentos y candado (Documents and padlock), and the cab and container if there were any: each answer, and whether it matched Odoo.
- Productos (Products): how each one was filled in. The record’s level sums it up: «Todo escaneado o contado» (“All scanned or counted”), «Escaneo parcial» (“Partial scan”) or «Sin revisar: llenado con lo de Odoo» (“Not checked: filled in from Odoo”). If it was signed that way, it says «Firmado con salvedad» (“Signed with a caveat”).
- Facturas (Invoices): scanned, photographed, not included, or added at the gate.
- Fotos (Photos): tap one to view it.
- Diferencias (Differences): «La resuelve el gerente de sede en Odoo» (“The site manager resolves it in Odoo”).
- Salida (Departure) of a truck with a critical difference: «Autorizó …» (“Authorized by …”), «Salió sin autorización» (“Left without authorization”), «Salió sin anotar» (“Left without being logged”) or «Todavía no sale» (“Hasn’t left yet”).
Differences
In Más › Diferencias abiertas (More › Open differences), or from the tile on Hoy (Today). Two tabs: Abiertas (Open) and Resueltas (Resolved). Each one says whether it’s a «Diferencia crítica» (“Critical difference”) or a «Diferencia» (“Difference”). They are closed in Odoo; here they change to «Resuelta en Odoo» (“Resolved in Odoo”).
Assets
The Fuera (Out), Vencidos (Overdue), Pases hoy (Passes today) and Sin etiqueta (No label) tiles filter the list, and there’s Buscar (Search). Tap an asset to see its card: company, area, owner, brand and serial number, who has it, who approved the pass, and its history. «El alta, el responsable y los pases se manejan en Odoo.» (“Registration, the owner and passes are managed in Odoo.”)

- Novedades de hoy (Today’s incidents): Todas (All) or Graves (Serious), each one Abierta (Open) or Atendida (Handled). «La atiende el gerente de sede en Odoo.» (“The site manager handles it in Odoo.”)
