What you see
- Three tabs: Salen (Leaving), Llegan (Arriving) and Adentro (Inside), each with its count.
- The Escanear (Scan) button, the biggest one. It reads delivery notes, products, asset labels and key rings.
- The bottom bar: Hoy (Today), Registrar (Register) and Más (More).
The list refreshes itself every minute while you’re looking at it. At the bottom, in small print, it shows how current the data is: «Actualizado …» (“Updated …”). To refresh right away, pull the list down or tap the refresh icon.
If there’s no signal, you see «Sin señal» (“No signal”), «Datos de las …» (“Data from …”) and Intentar de nuevo (Try again). The list you see is the last one that came in.
Salen (Leaving)
The trucks Odoo has scheduled to leave the site today. One card per plate, with the time and the route. If a truck carries several loads, the card says how many.
- At the top, «Seguir» (Continue): whatever you left half-finished. It shows which step you’re on («Paso 3 de 7», “Step 3 of 7”; «Sigue en: …», “Continue at: …”) and what time you started. Tap it to go back.
- Signed but not yet out: the card says «Lista para salir» (“Ready to leave”) and «Falta: Salió» (“Pending: Left”). When the truck goes through the gate, tap Salió (Left).
- Whatever someone else is checking is dimmed, with their name. If you tap it, the app tells you who: «La está revisando … en otro teléfono.» (“… is checking it on another phone.”) You can’t open it.
- What’s already been checked goes to the bottom, dimmed, with its mark.
If there’s nothing: «Nada por salir» (“Nothing leaving”). How to check a truck: Truck departures.
Llegan (Arriving)
What Odoo expects to receive today: supplier trucks and containers, with the time they’re expected. Tap one to receive it.
At the end of the list there are two tiles:
- Vuelve (Returning): a delivery truck coming back from its route. It only appears if there are trucks out on route, with how many are expected. Route returns.
- Otro camión (Another truck): a truck arrived that isn’t on the list. The app says «Llama al supervisor antes de dejarlo entrar.» (“Call the supervisor before letting it in.”) Call and, if it comes in, tap Registrar llegada (Log arrival).
If there’s nothing: «Nada por llegar» (“Nothing arriving”).
Adentro (Inside)
What’s inside the site, or outside and due back. Tap an item when it leaves or comes back.

Scanning from Today
Tap Escanear (Scan) and point at the code. The app knows what it is:

If the load already has a record from today, the app tells you: «Esta carga ya tiene acta de hoy» (“This load already has a record from today”). If Odoo changed it after it was signed: «Cambió en Odoo después del acta. Llama al supervisor antes de dejarla salir.» (“It changed in Odoo after the record. Call the supervisor before letting it leave.”)
The first time, Android asks for camera permission. If you denied it, the app says «La app no puede usar la cámara.» (“The app can’t use the camera.”) Tap Dar permiso (Grant permission) and, under Permissions, turn on Camera.
Registrar (Register)
The second tab at the bottom. That’s where you log anything that isn’t in Odoo: Entra (In), Sale (Out), De tercero (Third party), Novedad (Incident), Llave (Key) and Otro camión (Another truck). Novedad and Llave only appear if they’re turned on for your site. See Movements without paperwork, Incidents and calls and Keys.
The More menu
- Llamar al supervisor (Call the supervisor): opens the dialer with their work number.
- Teléfonos (Phones): the site’s contacts, for day and night. Phones.
- Bloquear (Lock): locks the phone and keeps you on duty.
- Por enviar (Waiting to send): what still has to reach Odoo. Working without a signal.
- Encendido (On duty): go on or off duty.
- Hablar siempre (Always speak): the app says out loud what to do on every screen, without tapping Escuchar (Listen).
- Acerca de (About): the version and Salir de este teléfono (Sign out of this phone).
